Tea Tuesday provides students a chance to stop by UH Wellness to grab a free cup of tea and chat with other students. Typically there is a topic of the day and multiple teas to pick from. The UH Wellness Office is located within the Rec center.
This group is a good fit for those who may feel socially isolated, have difficulties connecting with others, suffer from excessive self-criticism, or have problems asserting themselves in relationships.

This year’s theme is The Journey to Justice: Moving Beyond Diversity.
