Biographical Summary

My research focuses on individual differences and the prediction of major life outcomes. In particular, I study the use of psychological assessments (personality, interests, values, and skills) for applied purposes, including career decision-making and human resource management. I also study issues related to the future of work, such as the impact of automation and technology on people's careers.

I will be accepting PhD students for Fall 2021.
