The UH Law Center and the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences offer a graduate dual degree program (JD/MPA).  JD/MPA dual degree program prepares students for a career in law in public organizations. The program pairs the problem-solving, leadership, and ethics-oriented approach to public management offered by the MPA program with the advocacy, legal analysis, and strategy taught in the JD program. The courses offered by the MPA program provides a better understanding of public administration and improves the law students' marketability in the public sector job market.
