Job Fair 2014

The Communication Sciences and Disorders (COMD) Job Fair was held for soon-to-be graduates on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in the UC Ballroom on the
University of Houston campus.  Twenty employers and community partners from a wide assortment of employment settings were on hand to speak with job seekers.  These employers were looking to fill an array of positions throughout the Houston area.  Employers primarily sought positions for speech language pathologists (SLP) or speech language pathology assistants (SLPA). A number of community partners were available to discuss opportunities after graduation.

For the past 5 years, 100% of those seeking employment are employed within 4 months of graduation. The COMD Job Fair contributes to the successful employment of our graduates.
