Diana has experience providing evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and adults in community-based mental health settings and school settings. Specific evidence-based interventions she uses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skills-based modules from Dialectical Behavior informed Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her current research focus is on brief mindfulness interventions in adults with anxiety.
