The CSS Campus Solutions team is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the University of Houston System’s Student Information System (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions), along with supporting third-party systems and data integrations.

In addition to managing day-to-day system functionality and resolving operational issues, the team plays a key role in the delivery of new features and enhancements that support evolving business needs across the UH institutions.

We work collaboratively with Campus Leads, Central Security, Enterprise Systems, and business owners to troubleshoot and resolve complex or escalated issues that extend beyond the campus level. This partnership-driven approach ensures timely resolution while maintaining system integrity and alignment with institutional priorities.

The team is also responsible for testing and validating Oracle-delivered images and regulatory updates, ensuring that new releases are thoroughly vetted and successfully implemented with minimal disruption to operations.
