Get your groove on with an hour long Caribbean-based dance fitness class. Attendees will have the chance to be exposed to the latest and greatest Caribbean songs while working out. Soca Fitness will be a creative blend of Caribbean and African dance movements set to calypso, soca, zouk and reggae. Soca Fitness promotes self-confidence, discipline, accomplishment and appreciation through the art of Caribbean and African dance. See more.
