Cougar Ally Training (RSVP Required)

To prevent Zoom fatigue the trainings are scheduled 10:00 am - 1:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break and two additional small breaks.

We have converted our trainings to digital without sacrificing quality.

Training assists faculty, staff, and students in increasing their awareness of issues that Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer people face. In a non-threatening setting, CAT teaches participants to create an accepting campus environment for UH’s LGBTQ population. Allies are given a placard to display as a visible statement of support for the LGBTQ community.
