Women on Weights

Women on Weights teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength and optimizing body composition. You can expect to see a positive transformation and get stronger. Women on Weights will track progress, build community, and provide accountability throughout the course in addition to weekly in-person workouts with a certified personal trainer. Anyone that identifies as a woman or non-binary can register for this small group training.
