Women on Weights teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength and optimizing body composition. You can expect to see a positive transformation and get stronger.
This session will go from October 3 - October 28 on Wednesday @ 5-6PM
