International Yoga Day

One of the major benefits of practicing yoga in the morning is better sleep. Yoga in particular is a wise workout of choice because not only are you getting its regular multitude of benefits—more space in your body, enhanced flexibility, and better balance—but practicing it in the morning can help with your sleep and mood. Katelyn will instructor you through some yoga flows and you will notice the difference.
