CAPS is helping Coogs Conquer (C-2) mental health concerns through our online C-2 series. These brief group sessions will continue on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during August and are free to UH students, faculty, and staff. Check out CAPS calendar for a complete list of dates and times.
- Mindfulness - Learn about and practice techniques proven to improve focus and reduce stress.
- Return to “Campus” - Join us Thursdays to share and discuss ways to engage successfully both emotionally and academically this fall.
- Connect with CAPS - Have questions about CAPS services, referring a student, or counseling in general? Get these questions and more answered during this informative workshop.
