The International Student and Scholar Services Office (ISSSO) invites International Students at the University of Houston to attend our Spring 2022 Financial Workshop. We will be joined by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, the UH Writing Center, the Office of Undergraduate Research and Major Awards (OURMA), TDECU Bank – UH Branch, and ISSSO staff to discuss: • Scholarship and Financial Aid Resources • Tips for Writing an Effective Scholarship Essay • Scholarships-Fellowships-Enrichment Opportunities (for undergraduates in research) • Banking: How to Pay Your Education, How to Apply for a Private Loan with a Financial Institution, and How to Budget Yourself • Tax Software
