Physical Activity & Nutrition Workshop

This hour long workshop for students will go in depth on Physical Activity and Nutrition. A physically well person actively makes healthy decisions. They know how to maintain a healthy body through nutrition, exercise, and avoiding harmful habits. The workshop will include discussions on what foods to eat more of and less of, the amount of physical activity needed per week, and Incorporate healthy nutrition habits in your daily diet.
