Unwind with Wellness is UH Wellness semi-annual stress-free event held at the end of every Fall and Spring semester. Take a break from studying and feel at ease with some Mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention to the present. This state is described as observing one’s thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad.
