Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop

Did you know, throughout her working life, a woman earns roughly $1 million less than a man simply because she is a woman? Join the Women and Gender Resource Center along with the Women’s, Gender & Sexuality studies for a 2-hour workshop focused on negotiating a fair salary. Negotiating increases your potential to earn more — and can make the difference for paying off loans, supporting your family, buying what you want and need, and saving for the future. While we can’t give you the confidence needed for negotiating a salary or raise, we can provide the skills you will need to practice and help build your confidence.

The event is provided through a partnership with the American Association of University Women and designed for those who self-identify as a female, but open to all members of the UH community.
