Calling all Coogs! Every year, at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, University of Houston students, faculty and staff have the opportunity to help reduce plastic waste and win prizes by participating in the Office of Sustainability’s #UHBYOBottle social media campaign. To participate in the campaign, post a photo of yourself using a reusable water bottle to Instagram or Twitter with #UHBYOBottle and @UHSustain any time during the contest. Each day, participants will be eligible to win exclusive prizes from the Office of Sustainability. The #UHBYOBottle campaign is meant to encourage people to minimize single-use plastic water bottles and opt instead for reusable water bottles. Anyone with reusable water bottles can refill them at the UH2O stations located inside many of the buildings across the UH main campus. Click here for more information.
