Fitness Release Time & Wellness Leave Policy

A benefit provided to UH employees, the Fitness Release Time & Wellness Leave Policy allows eligible employees 30 minutes, 3xs a week to exercise, and awards those who complete an online health assessment and receive a routine physical exam, 8 hours of Wellness Leave. Take advantage of this opportunity to enhance your lifestyle, and to receive a day off once each calendar year!

Guided Meditation with UH Wellness

Staff Council General Meeting

The UH Staff Council meets on the first Thursday of the month from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. These General Meetings are open to all UH staff.

Staff Council General Meetings feature special guests. Each special guest will have a brief Q&A at the conclusion of their presentation.

The form will close at noon on Wednesday prior to the Staff Council General Meeting.
