Discussions led by the CORE team, the WGRC student ambassadors. In this month’s real talk, we will be discussing what gender norms are and how we can overcome the institution that sets these rules in place.
The Bisexual / Pansexual Chats are for bi and pan students as well as people questioning their identity. It is an intentional space for students to share experiences unique to this identity.
Yoga is the practice of moving through asanas, or postures, often practiced alone for fitness or combined with meditation to calm and center the mind. This practice is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety as well as building strength and flexibility.
This class is held at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga. Participants will learn how to integrate the concepts of yoga through breathing techniques, postural alignment and how to be more present to your mind, body and spirit.
