Eating foods that are highly processed or are high in sugar, salt, and saturated fat can create an inflammatory response in the body that can effect on our entire body, including our energy levels! The emotional impact of stress eating are feelings of shame, guilt, and MORE STRESS! In this webinar we will talk about food cravings, simple strategies to address our cravings in times of stress, and foods that can help decrease inflammation in the body to stop the stress-eating cycle.
