Yin & Vin Yoga with Nancy Sanger

This will be 30 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of active Vinyasa Yoga. First half of class will start at a slow, restorative pace with Yin Yoga and then shift into more of an active, energizing practice with Vinyasa (flow) Yoga.
