Workplace Yoga with Chris Young

This beginner’s yoga class is designed for today’s work environment and all levels. No special mats or equipment required. No special workout clothes needed. Most importantly, no experience practicing yoga is required! This class will be 30 mins from 9-9:30am.

Total Body Strength & Recovery with Mackenzie McIntyre

This strength-based class provides a full-body workout using a combination of body weight and dumbbell exercises. All exercise participants are welcome and modifications will be provided. Dumbbells are encouraged, but this class can be completed without weights, or using household items (soup cans, books, etc.)
