This beginner’s yoga class is designed for today’s work environment and all levels. No special mats or equipment required. No special workout clothes needed. Most importantly, no experience practicing yoga is required! This class will be 30 mins from 9-9:30am.
Among the wave of food trends, Gen Z shows the strongest preference for new tastes, with 45% saying they prefer snacks and food with spicy flavors. Combining sweet flavors with heat provides the perfect blend of experimentation and familiarity for those with hesitant spice palates. A time for students to relax between classes and socialize. All students are welcomed to attend. Free Lunch provided!
This strength-based class provides a full-body workout using a combination of body weight and dumbbell exercises. All exercise participants are welcome and modifications will be provided. Dumbbells are encouraged, but this class can be completed without weights, or using household items (soup cans, books, etc.)
