Nutrition Connect Community with BCBSTX

Healthy eating is key to a healthy life. Join the Nutrition Connect Community! Monthly sessions feature presentations by BCBSTX wellness consultants who share how to incorporate foods into your daily routine to support optimal health. Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other participants around a variety of nutrition-related topics. Webcast: Flex & Stretch with Jewell Smith

Join in this 30-minute lunchtime fitness class with Jewell Smith from the Office of the Attorney General. This class will include chair exercises, core work, muscular strength, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcomed. No experience or equipment required!

School of Art Talk- Tierney L. Malone

Tierney L. Malone is a visual artist and modern day storyteller who uses the canon of African-American history and pop culture to create mixed media works that challenge contemporary culture and politics. Malone has exhibited his art widely throughout Texas and the United States, including numerous solo exhibitions. His works are in the permanent collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; the Kansas City Jazz Museum, Kansas City, Missouri; Goldman Sachs, New York, New York; and the Federal Reserve Bank, Houston, Texas.
