As a HealthSelect plan participant, you have access to several online tools including two no-cost weight management programs. This presentation will introduce you to these different behavior change programs in addition to the resources within Well onTarget®, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) wellness portal.

Frontier Fiesta is back! This student-led spring festival is a showcase of talents of the UH student body. Each year students from various student orgs volunteer and assist the Frontier Fiesta Association in transforming a piece of our campus into a fully functional town called “Fiesta City!” Activities include variety shows, roller rinks, carnival rides, and much more!
