Join the BCBSTX team Thursday during the Get Fit Texas Challenge for a dynamic and fun 15-minute chair fitness session. Chair fitness is a low-intensity workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility, all modified from a seated position. This is a perfect exercise if you are just starting an exercise routine, struggling with balance issues, or are recovering from an injury or surgery.
