Join the DPS Fitness team Tuesdays for a 15-minute fitness session focused on strength and mobility. During this session you will be guided through movements that will help you to build strength in areas that tend to be weak and flexibility in areas that tend to be tight.

Core, Flex, & Stretch with Jewell Smith

Recharge in this 30-minute lunchtime fitness class with Jewell Smith from the Office of the Attorney General. This class will include chair exercises, core work, muscular strength, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcomed. No experience or equipment required!
