The theme for this year’s event is “Love Yourself” focusing on self-care and self-love. The event will feature partnerships with various campus departments promoting their resources for students. There will also be 3 interactive photo booths, cookie decorating, free desserts, massages, giveaways and more.
Downsizing through Movement is an eight-week program that uses a three-pronged approach to helping participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support.
