The Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design presents an internationally known exhibit, "Export: Spanish Architecture Abroad." Organizing the contents in six possible ways to practice architecture today, and complemented by the intervention of external agents, this exhibition offers a richer and original view of Spanish architecture abroad.
The Empower Conference will provide the opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to build their leadership presence, understand gender-related leadership issues, and build a foundation for continued leadership development and success. Through this conference, attendees will explore topics such as womens leadership, gender roles, and intersectionality.

This years honorees are Rodney Ellis, Harris County Commissioner; Bob Hebert, Fort Bend County Judge; Paul A. Hofmann, Bellaire City Manager; and Allen Owen, Mayor of Missouri City.

Public Art at the University of Houston System will be hosting tours of the UH System Public Art Collection the first Friday of each month throughout the 2017-2018 academic year. PLEASE NOTE some of these tours take place at UH and some at UH Downtown.
