This workshop will review transgender terms, issues, and identities. Participants will gain a better understanding of the gender spectrum and societal expectations about “acceptable” gender expressions. They will examine their own views in an effort to expand their acceptance of varying gender expressions.

The American Pre-Dental Organization (APDO) will meet to discuss the dental profession,provide guidance to preparation/application process, and engage in volunteer and clinical shadowing opportunities.
