The LGBTQ+ Discussion Group is for all sexual and gender identities as well as people questioning their identity. It is an intentional space for students to share and learn about all identities on the spectrum.

Yoga with Campus Recreation

Yoga is the practice of moving through asanas, or postures, often practiced alone for fitness or combined with meditation to calm and center the mind.  This practice is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety as well as building strength and flexibility.
