Maximize your strength by learning the fundamentals and progression of power lifting in a small group setting under the guidance of a power lifting coach. Register by February 9.

Learn how to increase your awareness skills, build on techniques for avoiding physical threats, and establish a solid foundation for safe kicking, punching, and falling at the Rec’s Self Defense class. Personal protection does not need to be fancy; we keep it simple to keep you safe. Register by 2/1.

Rec Running is a 6-week program that is structured on Mondays and Wednesdays to teach running techniques to get faster and avoid injuries. You will learn how to develop workouts and fuel your body. Team up and take on a 5K together. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Compete in CRWC’s Intramural Sports 8V8 Outdoor Soccer League. The tournament will span four weeks of play. Register by 5 p.m. on 3/18.
