Table Talk is a fascinating combination of conversations over lunch, led by dynamic women of various cultures, professions and experience at each table. Table Talk benefits the Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies Program at the University of Houston.

Our wing pop-up station will feature different flavors and styles of wings with the opportunity for you to take insta-worthy pictures and show-off your award-winning plates.

Downsizing through Movement is an eight-week program that uses a three-pronged approach to helping participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. We pursue a healthy lifestyle by integrating in-depth knowledge, consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & healthy behavior into our lives. (Register by Jan 19.)

Women on Weights teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength and optimizing body composition. (Registration closes Jan 19).

Roundtable discussion with local scholars, musicologists, and artists in conjunction with the exhibition Paul Mpagi Sepuya. Moderated by Tyler Blackwell, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Curatorial Fellow.

AURA, in collaboration with author Brendan Stephans, presents “Haunted.” Through a unique hybrid of music and theatre, AURA depicts a short story by Stephen’s that explores a group of friends and their different responses to a shared experience. Featuring chamber music by Hernan Campa, Kyle Rivera, and others.
