Artist Talk: Erika Blumenfeld

The School of Art’s Photography and Digital Media program welcomes Erika Blumenfeld to speak about her recent project photographing moon rocks with NASA, her ongoing exploration of scientific themes through photography and the relationship between photography and science.

Buddhism and Sustainability

This meet up will cover religion and sustainability. Topics wills include how creation narratives shape motivation for stewardship, which religious doctrines actually have sustainability impacts, and questions on how to achieve secular stewardship.

Downsizing through Movement is an eight-week program that uses a three pronged approach to helping participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. We pursue a healthy lifestyle by integrating in-depth knowledge, consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & healthy behavior into our lives. Registration Deadline: Oct 11.

The Moores School of Music presents an A. I. Lack Master Series Recital with violinist Brian Lewis, a faculty member at University of Texas at Austin, and Moores School of Music pianist Timothy Hester.
