Administration & Finance / News / News ReleaseFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Kristina Michel Textbook Loans Available for the Spring SemesterHouston, Jan. 12, 2018 - Students who need help buying textbooks for the spring semester may apply for a textbook loan. The short-term loan offers $400 to use toward buying textbooks and school supplies at the UH Bookstore, located inside the Student Center South. Students can apply for the loan up until 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 2. The loans must be used in the bookstore no later than Wednesday, Feb. 14. Every UH student qualifies to receive a textbook loan regardless of whether they are receiving financial aid. To apply for a textbook loan, follow these steps:
