Luau-Themed Meal Coming to Fresh Food Company

Houston, April 17, 2017 — University of Houston Dining Services will host a luau-themed meal April 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers.

The pre-summer celebration will be a fun way to enjoy some tasty food before finals week. Menus for the event have been hand selected by UH Dining Executive Chef Brent Gorman and Food Service Director Misty Pierce. Exotic dishes such as suckling pig, plantain mash, sushi and Polynesian salmon will be served.

Guests are invited to wear their hula skirts and tropical shirts. Leis will be provided.

A Snapchat filter will be available for customers' to share the experience with friends. Full menus for the meal can be viewed online.
