UH Dining to Celebrate Mardi Gras in Moody Towers Dining Commons

Houston, Feb. 9, 2018 - University of Houston Dining Services will host a special Mardi Gras-themed dinner menu on Tuesday, Feb. 13.

The special event to celebrate Fat Tuesday will be from 5 to 9 p.m. in Moody Towers Dining Commons. Customers can expect to see a wide range of specialty dishes at various serving stations.

The menu that evening at the savor station will include red beans and rice, vegetarian jambalaya and debris po'boy with beef gravy. The pizza station will be serving blackened shrimp pizza while the pasta station will have jambalaya. For dessert, the bakery station will have king cake and beignets.
