Parkers get a sweet surprise at new garage
Students who park in the new Welcome Center Student Garage got a free treat recently, courtesy of Parking and Transportation Services.
As a way of saying thanks to customers, as well as to celebrate the opening of the facility at the start of the fall semester, representatives from Parking and Transportation handed out bags of candy to drivers as they pulled into the garage on Sept. 25.
The new garage is located east of Moody Towers, north of Wheeler and west of Calhoun and has 1,500 spaces dedicated to students.
