BICYCLE SECURITY REPORT CARD
The Department of Public Safety
Crime Prevention Unit has created a
new Bicycle Security Report Card
which will launch this month. Much
like the Vehicle Report Cards, a
bicycles safety will be assessed by
an officer and then issued a report
card indicating whether they pass or
fail. If the bicycle is issued a
failing mark, the reason for the
failing grade will be marked. The
Department of Public Safety Crime
Prevention Unit wants to ensure that
your belongings are safe at all
times and this program will bring
them one step closer.
The Crime Prevention Unit encourages
everyone owning a bicycle to also
purchase a U-Lock for securing your
bicycle. For more information about
this program and other crime
prevention programs on campus, visit
