STADIUM GARAGE NOW OPEN FOR PARKING
Parking and Transportation Services is happy to announce the
Stadium Parking Garage opened to UH students, faculty, staff and
visitors on April 30. Located at the corner of Cullen and
Holman, the 2,273 spaces in the Stadium Garage will more than
double the amount of parking previously available in this busy
area of campus.
Through the end of the summer semester all UH students, faculty
and staff with a current parking permit clearly displayed may
park in the Stadium Garage. Student parking is available on
levels 3 and 4, and faculty/staff may park on level 2. Entrances
are marked and separated to direct traffic to the corresponding
levels, helping to reduce congestion at the entrance/exit lanes.
Visitor parking is available on the first level. Rates for
visitor parking are $1.00 per half-hour, with a $9.00 maximum,
and the first 30 minutes are free.
Retail space on the first floor of the garage is still under
construction and will be ready to open by Fall 2012.
Registration for 2013 permits is currently open for students,
faculty and staff. To register for a Stadium Garage permit visit
