Building Coordinator Quarterly Session
The Building Coordinator Quarterly Session
planning is underway and will be offered on two separate dates
to accommodate coordinator schedules; attendance is encouraged
but not mandatory:
Tuesday, May 22, 2012 / 9:00 a.m. � 11:00 a.m. / KIVA Room (Farish
Hall)
Wednesday, May 30, 2012 / 9:00 a.m. � 11:00 a.m. / Rockwell
Pavilion (MD Anderson Library)
The agenda will cover items such as emergency operations
response and call trees, outages, communications, marketing
efforts, policy updates, facilities updates as well as other
university support services updates.
We will serve coffee, juice, water and assorted small breakfast
pastries. Meeting invites for both sessions will be sent through
the Outlook Calendar. Building Coordinators are asked to please
accept the session that fits within your schedule.
In addition, a Building Coordinator Program Survey will be
distributed and will survey the program and provide the
opportunity to submit direct feedback on what�s working and
what�s not within the program. We will also use this survey to
help in nominating those building coordinators and facilities
staff that should be recognized for their contribution and
efforts not only to the program but to the university.
