Aramark hires 10 students through leadership program

The Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management has long been acclaimed as one of the best such programs in the country. This designation is precisely what led Aramark, one of the largest employers of culinary and food service management professionals in the world, to look to the college for a large portion of its recruiting.

To date, 10 Conrad N. Hilton students have accepted positions upon graduation, in various roles throughout the company.

These graduates will be joining the Accelerate 2 Leadership program created by Aramark with the goal of developing recent graduates into successful leaders. The program combines six months of formal leadership and skills training with six months of actual job placement within the company. Upon completion of the program, participants can either stay in their current roles or seek new roles within the company.

Aramark, which also manages the food service operations across the University of Houston campus, plans to continue to recruit graduates from both the Conrad N. Hilton College and other campus departments for this leadership development program.
