NEW, CUSTOM DISH MACHINE TO BE INSTALLED IN THE FRESH FOOD CO.
While many of our students are away on spring break enjoying sun
and relaxation, a very important change will be taking place in
The Fresh Food Company. After several semesters of below-average
performance, the manufacturer of the dish machine in the dining
hall has agreed to replace the current model JFT Flight machine
with a new machine at no cost to the University.
The new machine will be customized to fit the needs of The Fresh
Food Company.
The installation will take approximately six days, so The Fresh
Food Company at Moody Towers will be closed during Spring Break
from Saturday, March 10 through Thursday, March 15 and will
re-open at noon on Friday, March 16.
During that closure, several locations will be open to serve the
