University of Houston Dining Services is serving Rockin’ Biscuits, a special limited-time biscuit-inspired lunch menu, at Cougar Woods Dining Hall.
Guests can enjoy new sandwiches with a flaky twist, including a cheesesteak biscuit with steak, provolone, fried onions and mushrooms, or a turkey BLT biscuit sandwich, with the classic lineup of bacon, lettuce and tomato, topped with a lemon-pepper mayonnaise.
Customers can also savor original sandwiches such as a shredded pork and slaw biscuit, complete with cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce, or a sriracha fried chicken biscuit.
The Rockin’ Biscuits menu will continue through Sunday, March 13. Lunch hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
