Dining Survey Demonstrates Positive
Feedback
The most recent Dining Style survey
has demonstrated the Dining
Services commitment to providing
the best quality food and service to
the University of Houston.
The results of the survey show great
improvement, with the Overall
Dining Experience score increasing
15 points from the previous
measurement.
The greatest area of enhancement
proved to be customer service. The
Welcoming, Friendly Staff category
advanced quite significantly
revealing that diners have noticed
and appreciated UH Dining Services
commitment to its customers.
The University of Houston Dining
Services held several customer
service trainings for its employees
during the fall semester. As a
result, the fall Dining Style
Hospitality score increased 49 basis
points. We are proud of this
accomplishment, as its our goal to
provide great customer service every
day, said Sevelia Johnson,
Marketing Program Manager for UH
Dining Services.
The hospitality scores also
improved noticeably and this
improvement was consistent in all
locations measured over the last
year.
The quality of food service is a
key factor in the overall quality of
student life, said Micah Kenfield,
Student Chair of the Food Service
Advisory Board. The results of the
latest Dining Style survey truly
show the daily commitment to
excellence that the UHDS team
strives for. Between these results
and ongoing dining initiatives like
the Fresh Food Company, its a great
day to eat on campus.
The positive feedback from this
survey is indeed exciting news for
The University of Houston, as Dining
Services continues to strive for
excellence in the satisfaction of
its customers.
Participants in this survey also get
entered in a chance to win a $250
Best Buy gift card. The spring
