Sponsors are being sought to help with this fall’s residential move-in on the University of Houston campus.
Every year, the department of Student Housing and Residential Life welcomes students to their new home away from home at UH. For many of them, this will be their first time living away from their families.
Moving into their campus residence is a momentous occasion for students and their parents/families, and UH is dedicated to ensuring that they feel welcomed and comfortable during this transition. The theme for this year is Destination Cougar: Your Journey Starts Here.
Move-In 2015 is scheduled for Aug. 16 and Aug. 19-23. Up to 8,000 students accompanied by their families will be moving into our residence halls. Hundreds of faculty, staff and students will volunteer during this event.
Sponsorship is welcomed in several ways. Faculty and staff and their departments can become a Principal, Red or White sponsor through the donation of money or if they prefer, by sponsoring a specific item.
Principal Sponsor: (Amounts of $1,000 or above)
Red Sponsor: (Amounts of $500- $1,000)
White Sponsor: (Amounts under $500)
Event items that can be sponsored include but are not limited to:
