ERP SHUTTLE IS QUICK AND EASY OPTION

Save your gas and help the environment by using the ERP shuttle as your means of transportation between Energy Research Park and the main campus. The ERP campus shuttle is a quick and easy option provided free of charge to all members of the UH community.

The ERP/Eastwood shuttle route, or the tan route, stops in the front of the University Center, in the ERP parking lot and at the Eastwood Transit Center. During the summer, two buses run this route in 15 minute intervals from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Once the fall begins, 2 additional buses will be added to the route including one ERP Express shuttle that will only stop at ERP and the University Center.

Riders can even check arrival times from the comfort of their offices by using NextBus, an online tool that uses GPS tracking software to predict when the next bus will arrive to a particular bus stop. Also, riders can text a code found on signs at the bus stops to receive a text alert with the next predicted arrival time. Click here to use the NextBus online tool or click the NextBus logo located on the Parking and Transportation website at www.uh.edu/parking.

The shuttle service is free and riders are simply asked to swipe their Cougar Cards when boarding the shuttles in order to log daily usage of the routes in order to assist Parking and Transportation Services in better serving the UH communitys needs.

By using the shuttle service, riders are also helping to cut down on carbon emissions emitted into the atmosphere from single-passenger vehicles traveling to and from ERP and the main campus. ERP riders also skip the hassle of locating a parking spot near their meeting or wasting gas during the commute.
