Citibank P/T Cards

Accounts Payable distributed new Citibank P-Cards and Travel Cards on July 1, 2011. Cardholders can start using their Citibank cards immediately. We are currently in the August 2011 billing cycle, and it is the first billing cycle for Citibank P/T Cards. GCMS (Global Card Management System) is the new on-line bank system.

JPMC P/T Card programs and accounts were closed effective July 1, 2011. The July 2011 billing cycle is the last billing cycle for JPMC P/T Cards. Per JPMC, our SDOL access will be terminated as of August 31, 2011. Departments are responsible for making sure that the Expense Reports were generated via SDOL for all previous periods and uploaded to the finance system.

Accounts Payable had an auditorium training session for Citibank P/T Cards and GCMS on June 28, 2011. We have posted the related information in our finance website under �Citibank P/T Card Auditorium Training�.

Additional training sessions are scheduled at ERP. Registration is required via P.A.S.S.
