New Maximum Mileage Rate Effective
January 1, 2011
The Comptroller�s Office has changed
the maximum mileage reimbursement
rate effective January 1, 2011 from
$0.50/mile to $0.51/mile. The new
rate is consistent with the rate
recently adopted by the Internal
Revenue Service.
The Mileage Report that may be used
to document reimbursable mileage has
been updated and is located on the
AP travel
website.
Maximum reimbursement rate for
mileage incurred from January 1,
2010 to December 31, 2010 is
$0.50/mile.
Maximum reimbursement rate for
mileage incurred on and after
January 1, 2011 is $0.51/mile.
