Workers with Enterprise Commercial Paving are hard at work making necessary repairs and improvements to parking lots, streets and entrances across campus as part of UH Parking and Transportation’s summer maintenance project.

Striping, seal-coating and asphalt and concrete restoration are just some of the repairs currently taking place in several surface lots, including 5C, 5D, 9C, 12A, 12B, 16B, 16D, 20A and 20C. Entrances 1, 4 and 18 are also receiving some necessary renovations.

The work, which is set to be completed before the start of classes, is not expected to heavily impact parking and transportation on campus; however, faculty, staff and students should be aware that some delays are possible in areas where work is being done.

“We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work closely with our partners to complete this project,” said Bob Browand, director of Parking and Transportation Services.
