The Cougar Xpress Markets at the University of Houston are offering new grab and go sandwiches, salads, fruit cups and parfaits for the UH community to enjoy.
Customers are invited to taste a new line of sandwiches like sliced turkey on a pretzel bun or a chicken Caesar sandwich paired with a bowl of penne pesto pasta.
“Guests can grab a quick sandwich and a fruit parfait while on their way to class for an easy lunch or dinner,” said Sybil Reado, UH convenience store manager. “We also offer a soup station at our Student Center and Energy Research Park Cougar Xpress Market locations.”
Customers can purchase a half sandwich paired with a bag of chips or enjoy a hummus wrap with a fruit cup for a convenient lunch.
